Basic iEHO Certification requires indoor testing for Mold, Particulate Matter (PM), Carbon Dioxide (CO²), Hydrogen Sulfide (H²S, component in sewer gas), Carbon Monoxide (CO), combustible gas, temperature, RH.

iEHO Standard levels and limits must be met or exceeded.

Plus+ Certification requires “Basic iEHO Certification” plus additional indoor testing for Total Volatile Organic Compounds (tVOC), Formaldehyde (HCHO/CH2O), Asbestos particulate.

iEHO Standard levels and limits must be met or exceeded.

R Certification requires indoor testing for for Radon Gas (Rn222), Background Radiation (mR/hr (mRem)), Electric Magnetic Field (EMF).

iEHO Standard levels and limits must be met or exceeded.

R+ Certification includes “R Certification”, and “Plus+ Certification”.

For Commercial Property each

Initial Project/Property Registration: Fee $700.00

Basic iEHO Certification: Certification/Recertification Fee $300.00

Plus+ Certification: Certification/Recertification Fee $300.00

R Certification: Certification/Recertification Fee $300.00

OPC Certification: Certification/Recertification Fee $400.00
